Use any kinds of Vegetables and leftover meats to customize the Big Salad. Chop the Vegetables and meat ahead of time and store in separate containers in the fridge for a quick assembly.
Ingredients
Carrots
Peppers, Yellow and Red
Radishes
Snow Peas
Cucumber
Prepared Beets
Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onions
Boiled Eggs
Grilled Chicken or Chicken Sausage, cooked
Organic Washed Lettuce
EASY DRESSING:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup any flavor Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Chopped Herbs
1 teaspoon Honey
Salt & Pepper
SALAD TOPPINGS
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Grated Cheese: Feta, Cheddar, Goat
Nuts: Cashews or Almonds
Instructions
Mix Dressing ingredients in a lidded jar and shake well. Store in the fridge and bring to room temperature before using
