Buddha Bowl Sauces-Lemon Tahini

This came from my friend Juanita...a simple, lemony, light dressing for your Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1 1/2 Lemons, juiced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cups water
Instructions
- Whirl everything in the Vitamix adding water to thin to the proper consistency
