Just in time for Cinco de Mayo. A little unorthodox approach to the classic Margarita. Celery juice adds a bit of freshness and a healthy spin, while the Mezcal kicks in a bit of smokey, exotic flavor. This came from the very masterful elixir mixer at the Modern Bar in Boise. My new favorite way to drink Margaritas.
Celery and Smoke Margaritas
