Use sustainable white fish or salmon

  1. Heat the oven to 425f or 210c
  2. Mix and smash the Garlic around in a large bowl with the Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper
  3. Soak 1/4 of the Fish Chunks in the milk
  4. Drain and put into the Olive Oil and Garlic
  5. Roll in the Bread Crumbs and put onto a parchment line baking sheet
  6. Repeat the procedure in batches with the rest of the Fish leaving room between them so they brown
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown and flaky on the inside
  8. Serve with lots of fresh Lemon and a sauce if you like
