
Sift together Flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder and make a well in the center
Pour in Milk, Yogurt and Oil
Slowly mix the dough and knead well for 10 minutes or use a food processor with a dough hook
Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size
Knock back the dough and divide into 8 balls
Roll the dough on a floured board into and oval shape about 1/4 inch thick. Prick with a fork and sprinkle on the nigella seeds, pressing them into the dough
Place on a hot baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes until they are a bit charred and brown on the surface.
Brush with Ghee and sprinkle withe Coriander or Garlic if desired
