Muddle a few slices of cucumbers, a few sprigs of cilantro and a little or a lot of peppers in a cocktail shaker.
Add equal parts simple syrup and fresh lime juice. Add a shot of Gin and then add ice and shake several minutes
Strain over ice and top with sparkling water if desired
