Grilled Edamame with Lemon and Sea Salt

Using a smoke flavor olive oil really enhances the flavor. just go easy on it so they are not oily.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil
  2. Dump in the Edamame and bring back to the boil
  3. Immediately drain Edamame and spread on a towel to cool
  4. Toss Edamame with 1 teaspoon Smoked olive Oil if you like
  5. Heat a grill pan to very hot
  6. Grill Edamame in batches without crowding them until they have a few grill marks all around
  7. Toss into a bowl and squeeze a bit of Lemon Juice over them
  8. Sprinkle Sea Salt over the top and serve warm or at room temperature
