For a nice flavor twist, try adding a pear or two with the apples and use apple-cranberry or apple-pomegranate juice.
Ingredients
10-12 Apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1-2 cups Organic Apple Juice
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a heavy bottomed saucepan and simmer over very low heat 20-30 minutes adding more apple juice as necessary to keep it from sticking
Mash it up with a potato masher to desired consistency and serve
