Fast, tender chicken for tacos, salad and sandwiches

  1. Use the Sauté function to heat a generous splash of Olive Oil
  2. Sprinkle the spices on a plate
  3. Dip each piece of Chicken in the spice mixture and transfer to the hot oil
  4. Brown in batches just a few minutes on each side and return all the meat to the cooker
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and switch to manual mode
  6. Lock the pressure valve and dial 11 minutes on the cook time
  7. Let pressure come down naturally
  8. Use forks to pull Chicken apart
  9. Serve in Tortillas as tacos or in Crusty Rolls for Mexican Bocadillo sandwiches
