Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan with just a splash of Sesame Oil
  2. Stir fry the Mushrooms for just a few minutes until softened
  3. Toss in the remaining veggies and stir fry 1 minute only
  4. Remove immediately and spread out in large shallow bowl to cool
  5. Mix all the dressing ingredients and shake well
  6. Gently mix the Dressing with the Noodles and Vegetables
  7. Top with Cilantro and Sesame Seeds
