Chef's Salad
Lay out beautiful Veggies and a variety of protein for a customized salad everyone will love
Ingredients
- Mixed Spring Lettuces and Sprouts
- Spinach
- Red & Yellow Peppers
- Cucumbers
- Red Onions
- Carrots
- Cooked Beets
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Avocados
- Green Beans
- Steamed Broccoli
- Leftover Potatoes
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Quinoa
- Chick Peas or Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
- Grilled Chicken or Fish or canned Wild Salmon or Tuna
- Nuts and Seeds,
- Olives
- Cheese-Cheddar, Blue, Feta
Instructions
- Arrange all the ingredients on a big board
- Let everyone assemble ingredients to create their own salad
- Set out a variety of dressings or just a carafe of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
