Make it Your Way Sushi

Yield 6 -8 rolls

Try a variety of Veg, just slice them thin and don't overstuff the rolls.

  1. Rinse the grains well and cook in a rice cooker or pot with tight fitting lid
  2. Use just a bit more than double the amount of water than grain
  3. Quinoa and Sushi Rice will take 20 minutes Brown Rice will take 45
  4. Spread in a shallow bowl to cool then toss with 1/4 cup Sushi Rice Seasoning or Mirin and Rice Wine Vinegar mixture
  5. Cover with a damp tea towel to keep moist and let everyone roll their own sushi
