I can’t believe I haven’t had a taco bar for my Make it Your Way Friday night dinners yet. Mexican is my go to meal plan when I can’t be bothered to figure something else out. What is not to love about beans, rice, tortillas and spicy salsa? I always say put some guac and salsa on it and call it Mexican night. This is the perfect end of the week do it yourself meal. Make it Your Way-Taco Bar lets you use up all the bits and pieces of leftovers from the week, toss on some guac and salsa and everyone is happy! Use leftover grilled veggies, chicken and rice as a base for tacos or burritos.
Make it Your Way-Taco Bar Ideas:
- LEFTOVER BEANS or Three Bean Taco Salad filling or canned refried beans or mashed black or pinto beans with a bit of cumin, chili powder, garlic salt, smoked paprika and a squeeze of lime.

- GUACAMOLE or CHOPPED AVOCADOS
- GRILLED CHICKEN OR SALMON
