Mexican Huaraches with Pinto Pot Beans

Instructions

  1. Mix the Masa and Salt
  2. Add the Oil and enough Broth to make a soft dough
  3. Pull into peach size balls
  4. Pat or squish with a tortilla press to desired thickness (it helps to wet your hands a bit)
  5. Grill on hot dry pan (do not use teflon) or grill until browned, 3-4 minutes per side
  6. Top with mashed beans and toppings of your choice
