Make these little gems very small so you can enjoy just a bite as they are high in fat.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300f or 170c
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until fine but not butter, remove them
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to the processor and pulse until dough just starts to hold together
  5. Add the nuts and pulse until it all comes together
  6. Shape into large marble size balls
  7. Arrange closely on the cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes
  8. Cool for a few minutes and then toss in Powdered sugar
