Salty, spicy, easy prep for fresh spring Asparagus. If you Miso is thick soften with a teaspoon of boiling water.

  1. Heat Grill to high
  2. Drizzle or spritz Asparagus very lightly with olive oil.
  3. Mix the Soy, Oil, Miso and Pepper Flakes well
  4. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet and grill 8-10 minutes, turning once
  5. They should have a little color but not be soggy
  6. Drizzle the Miso dressing over and sprinkle with sesame or sunflower seeds
