  1. Heat oven to 350f (180c)
  2. Lightly oil a cookie sheet
  3. Arrange squash cubes in single layer and sprinkle with seasoning and a touch of olive oil
  4. Roast 30 min. If you are using maple syrup, drizzle on before the last 10 min of cooking
