Thai Inspired Power Bowls

Mix and Match Veggies and Grains, then toss with an easy, Thai dressing. 

Ingredients

THAI DRESSING (enough for two servings)

Instructions

  1. Toss together the Grains, Greens and your choice of Vegetables
  2. Mix Dressing Ingredients in a glass jar and shake well
  3. Gently toss the Dressing into the Greens, Grains and Vegetables
  4. Top with Cashews, Herbs, Lime Leaves and Jalepenos
  5. Squeeze a lime over the top

Notes

Trader Joe's Thai Lime Cashews add a flavorful punch of lemongrass and chili. Fried and slivered Lime Leaves add an authentic Thai touch.
