Thanks Colavita for the care package. I hosted the lovely Natalia, Women’s Pro Crit racer for the Boise Twilight Criterium and I got this awesome care package as a thank you. Couldn’t have come at a better time. I needed a 30 minute dinner and dug into the box to create this gorgeous, delicious spread.
Just marinate some vegetables and Chicken Tenders with Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and Italian Seasoning. While it is on the grill, boil up some Colavita Whole Wheat Pasta Fusili, add frozen Peas to the hot pasta, toss it with the Pesto Sauce and Olives and serve along side the grilled Chicken and Vegetables. Drizzle with Balsamic Galze. Add some garden Tomatoes, fresh Basil and a sprig or three of garden chives.
