Wild Garlic Pesto

Just like regular pesto but with a garlicky kick. Always toast the nuts for best flavor. Use a mild Olive Oil or Nut Oil

Instructions

  1. Whirl the Nuts, Salt and Parmesan in a food processor
  2. Add the Wild Garlic Leaves and Lemon Juice
  3. Whirl until finely chopped
  4. Drizzle in the Oil with the motor running until it reaches a consistency you like.
  5. Grind in some Pepper
