This is a fast Greek Tzatziki to whip up. Serve with Greek Vegetable Kebabs, Chicken Kebabs or add to a Greek Mezze Board.
Easy Greek Tzatziki

Fast and yummy. Add your own Greek seasonings if you don't have the spice mix. Oregano, Marjoram, Lemon Zest are all good options
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Shallot or Onion, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Cucumber (squeeze the water out)
- 1 teaspoon Greek Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together
