I love Edamame. You have to dig around to find Organic Edamame in pods, as soybeans are one of the worst groups for GMO frankenfoods, but they are soooooo good it is worth it. They are fast to make, hang around on the buffet table for hours without losing flavor and kids and adults love them. Make a huge batch as they go faster than free peanuts in an Alaskan Bar. This version of Grilled Edamame with Lemon and Sea Salt amps up the flavor with a little grilling a zest of Lemon and big chunks of Sea Salt.
