Garlic Rosemary Vinaigrette Dressing is another wonderful salad topper from Farmer’s Market Cookbook from the Rise and Shine Bakery in Anchorage. There are really great homemade dressing recipes in this book and it is my go to resource when I have fresh, seasonal Veggies and need ideas on how to turn them into amazing eats. This dressing keeps well and is wonderful with Butternut Squash and Feta Tarts.
