I am growing concerned about my drinking habits so am trying to find ways to sneak in healthy bits to my consumption. I love Mojitos, but sugar and rum aren’t exactly in the healthy category. I came up with this version and it can be made with a good Organic clean Rum or you can just drink it like the healthy juice it is.
Healthy Mojitos

Sweet and fresh this combination of veggie and fruit can be served as a healthy juice or add some rum for a healthier version of mojitos
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cucumber
- juice from 2 Limes
- 10-12 fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Apple,cored
- 1 small handful baby Kale
- 1 cup Coconut Water or plain Water
- 3 inch piece of Celery
Instructions
- Whirl everything in the Vitamix on high until well blended
- Strain through a nut bag or cheese cloth
- Serve over ice with fresh lime and a sprig of mint
