Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red, yellow or green onion, chopped
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 chili pepper of your choice, seeded and chopped
- Mexican Seasonings to taste. chili powder, cumin, garlic salt,chipotle
Instructions
- toss everything but the mangos in the VitaMix, chop on low and tamp into the blade. Don't over mix. Toss in the mango and pulse once or twice. Season to taste with Mexican Spices, salt and pepper
- Alternatively, chop everything small and toss together
