People have been asking for my Indian recipes and I have so many I tend to get over zealous and cook about half a dozen of them for one meal.The Coriander Chutney is a must try for Indian dishes. We have a bit of rain here so used the day to make some creamy, comforting Dal. Of course I had to add a few more dishes to go with it. We were also lucky with a few brilliantly sunny days so the May 15-22 Menu is filled with a good variety of warm comfort food a fresh Greek Quinoa Salad, light and flavorful Thai Fish Cakes (or veggie version) and easy Fried Rice for that crazy busy day of your week. End the week with a big Make it Your Way Chef Salad night on Friday. Enjoy…eat well, eat healthy and make everyone happy.
